1. Mr. E - Injured his wrist when he was knocked off his motor cycle. His working capacity was affected and he received damages of £125,000.00.
2. Mrs. R - Was injured when she slipped and fell in a kitchen at work. She received total damages of £160,000.00.
3. Mr. M - A 12 year old child was a passenger in a car invovled in an accident. He received whiplash type injuries and obtained damages of £2,500.00 which is to be invested on his behalf until he reaches 18.
4. Mr. B - Received injuries when a roof collapsed on him whilst at work. He received damages of £265,000.00.
5. Mr. C - Was a passenger in a car which was hit by another car on the motorway. The other car sped off and was never traced. He suffered minor whiplash injuries and made a prompt recovery. He received damages of £1,750.00.
