Simon Reed has many years experience of dealing with criminal matters and is a member of the Criminal Duty Solicitor Schemes in Blackpool, Preston and Leyland. Robert Kellock is also a member of the Criminal Duty Solicitor Scheme in Preston.
Our criminal department has a Legal Aid Franchise and, where appropriate, we will immediately apply for Legal Aid on your behalf for representation at Court.
We will represent you at the Police Station at no cost to yourself at any time of the day or night. We have considerable experience in dealing with all criminal allegations, from minor motoring matters to the most serious offences.
